Exhibitor Badge Allotments

Badges must be worn by all exhibit booth personnel at all times. Early-bird registration ends September 8, 2017. All badges will need to be picked up at on-site registration through our Exhibitor badge pick-up. Exhibit badges WILL NOT be mailed out in advance. Registration is now open for you to start registering your booth personnel.

Badge Pick Up Schedule

Friday October 20 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday October 21 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday October 22 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Monday October 23 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tuesday October 24 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Badge Types and Access

  • Exhibitor Conference: All Educational sessions, Exhibit hall (including set up & tear down)
  • Exhibitor Booth: Exhibit hall (including set up & tear down) and Opening & Closing sessions only

NOTE: It is forbidden to give anyone an exhibitor badge unless that person is a member of your booth personnel.

Exhibitor Booth

  • Early Bird (before 9/8/2017): $85
  • After 9/8/2017: $99

Exhibitor Conference

Varies on Conference badge type (member, non-member, one-day or full conference).

If ordering additional Exhibitor Conference badges, you must include the Academy member number to be entitled to the member rate. Registrations are not accepted by phone.
