I’m a new mom who is breastfeeding. Will there be a dedicated location for me to pump and store milk?2019-05-09T09:11:33-05:00

Yes, there will be a Mothers Room at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in room 125. The hours for this room are as follows:

Saturday, October 26 – 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Sunday, October 27 – 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Monday, October 28 – 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, October 29 – 7:30 a.m.-3:45 p.m.

I’m coming straight from the airport to the Opening Keynote Session. Will there be a place at the convention center to store my bags?2019-05-10T11:06:43-05:00

Yes, we will have coat check at Pennsylvania Convention Center. The cost for this is $3 per item and the hours are as follow:

Saturday, October 26 – 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m

Sunday, October 27 – 7 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.

Monday, October 28 – 7 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.

Tuesday, October 29 – 7 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

FNCE® Shuttle service will be available to and from the Pennsylvania Convention Center from the following official FNCE® Hotels:

Shuttle service begins Saturday, Oct.26 through Tuesday, October 29. Shuttle buses run every 10-20 minutes. Please display your FNCE® badge when boarding.

Do I have to pre-register for the educational sessions?2018-10-01T09:40:09-05:00

No, pre-registration is not required for EDU sessions. All sessions, beginning with the Opening Keynote, are open to paid Session attendees and are on a first come, first served basis.

Do I need my badge to get into the Opening Keynote Session?2018-04-30T16:49:12-05:00

Yes, all attendees are required to be wearing a badge in order to enter the Opening Keynote Session.

I need to cancel my registration, what do I do?2019-08-07T09:29:58-05:00

The FNCE® registration cancellation deadline is September 27, 2019. If you need to cancel your registration, please submit a cancellation request form, available online. Requests made prior to September 27, 2019 will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Requests received after September 27, 2019 are not guaranteed refunds and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Not all cancellations or request for refunds will be accepted after the deadline date. Cancellations will then take up to 6 weeks to process any refund, if approved.

Can I register for FNCE® when I get to the convention center?2019-05-09T09:00:23-05:00

Yes, we will have on-site registration available at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in the Broad Street Atrium.

Can I become a member on-site and then register for FNCE®?2019-05-08T16:39:30-05:00

Yes. Individuals interested in becoming a member can go to the Member Services area located in the Broad Street Atrium near the registration counter to join. Member Services will provide a temporary membership receipt allowing the individual to register for FNCE® at the member rates.

Registration category determines admission to the Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo 2019 events. Badges are required for admittance to the Exhibit Hall and all Conference educational sessions (does not include Pre-FNCE® excursions and Foundation Symposium events). If lost, badges can be reprinted in the Registration area. There is a $50 charge to reprint any lost or misplaced badges.

The headquarter hotel will be the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown with additional events at the Loews Philadelphia.

Where can I park at the Pennsylvania Convention Center?2019-08-19T10:49:54-05:00

The Pennsylvania Convention Center does not have parking within the facility. There are many parking options, including garages and surface lots, which are conveniently located within blocks of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The rates for parking along the perimeter of the building vary. We recommend that you visit www.philapark.org/locator/ and search for the Pennsylvania Convention Center (or 1101 Arch Street) for current rate schedules to assist with planning your travel to FNCE®.
