Lauren Probstfeld is a registered dietitian with several years of experience as a nutrition support clinician practicing in multiple areas of acute care. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Nutrition degree from Texas Woman’s University. She currently serves as the medical ICU dietitian at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX and plays an active role on her facility’s nutrition support team. Lauren has maintained active volunteer roles on a professional level as well; most recently, serving as chair for Dietitians in Nutrition Support, a DPG of the Academy of Nutrition in Dietetics.
