Lindsay Vander Molen is the Education Coordinator of Operation Supplement Safety (OPSS) with the Consortium for Health and Military Performance (CHAMP, Uniformed Services University). She received her Master of Public Health degree from Virginia Tech, where she also earned undergraduate degrees in human nutrition/exercise and psychology.
Lindsay joined the OPSS team in 2019 after teaching nearly 100 workshops at Virginia Tech on college health topics including nutrition, sleep, and mental health. She also worked at a regional jail teaching reproductive health programs to female inmates during that time. At CHAMP, Lindsay uses her background in community health education to advance the OPSS team’s outreach efforts by creating evidence-based content, presenting to the DoD community, and fielding questions about dietary supplement products and ingredients.
