Ann Diker is a Professor of Nutrition at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver). She has worked at MSU Denver since 2001 and currently teaches introductory, research, and career preparation courses. In addition to teaching, Ann is the Principal Investigator and Project Director on a 5-year, $3.25 million Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students (SDS) Program. This program provides support through scholarships, proactive advising, mentorship, and skill-building workshops in an effort to transform the RDN workforce by increasing the number and ensuring the success of students who come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
