Alicia Jerome is a Registered Dietitian based in McKinney, TX. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Masters in Exercise and Sports Nutrition. Her career started as a dietitian at Canyon Ranch Health Resort in Massachusetts, but that Texas girl had to get back to warmer weather; so she pivoted her career and became a retail dietitian for Market Street & United Supermarkets. After 10 wonderful years there, her heart felt the tug to come home and be a full-time mom to her three daughters. But she didn’t leave the dietetic world completely. Alicia is currently working part-time as an adjunct faculty at Collin College, an item writer for Helm Publishing, and now working with her dear friend of nearly 20 years, Amy Goodson. Alicia and her husband, Mike, love spending time with friends, playing games with their girls, and trying new food.
