Shelby Yaceczko is an advanced practice registered dietitian nutritionist and is finishing her final year of her Doctor of Clinical Nutrition degree from Rutgers State University. Shelby has spent the past 8 years of her career working at large academic centers including Keck Hospital of USC and UCLA Health where she focuses her time managing complex surgical GI patients. Additionally, she instructs courses at the University of Pacific Future Education Model (FEM) graduate nutrition program as an Assistant Clinical Professor
