Fallon Bader MS, RDN

Fallon Bader, MS, RDN is a culinary dietitian, community-builder, and entrepreneur. She is Founder and Owner of The Sprouting Kitchen, where she hosts innovative outdoor cooking classes taught on local farms with a focus on teaching participants to create accessible and flavor-forward seasonal recipes with minimal waste. She completed her bachelor’s in nutrition at Penn State University, dietetic internship at Cornell University, and master’s in health education at the University of New Mexico. She is passionate about bolstering sustainable food systems through community-level culinary education and believes involving folks in the process of growing, harvesting, cooking or sharing a meal together is key to her work. She served as the Chair of the Hunger and Environmental Dietetic Practice Group from 2021-2022 and was awarded the 2019 New Mexico Young Dietitian of the Year.
