Maria McConville is a Registered Dietitian and Senior Nutrition Health Educator with the Consortium for Health and Military Performance, (CHAMP), Uniformed Services University. She received a Master of Science degree in Public and Community Health from Austin Peay State University, a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics from Miami University, and completed a dietetic internship through the Army at Brooke Army Medical Center. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Master Resilience Trainer, Maria’s work encompasses holistic health in mind, body, and spirit. Through wide-ranging program development, impactful speaking engagements, and skillful nutrition counseling, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with individuals as well as groups. Maria has coached hundreds of clients to find better health and wellbeing through a process of self-discovery, envisioning, and goal setting. She educates Service Members, healthcare providers, military family members, and leaders about holistic health and performance optimization.
