Carolyn launched and led CNN’s global coverage of Food & Health as senior correspondent and executive producer of “On The Menu”, the network’s groundbreaking weekly program on food, nutrition and cuisine. Author of two bestselling cookbooks, including The Dish on Eating Healthy and Being Fabulous! and Southern Living’s Slim Down South Cookbook: Eating Well in the Land of Biscuits and Bacon!, Carolyn shares recipe inspiration on her blog, The Happy Healthy Kitchen. She contributes to network affiliate television broadcasts as well as Southern Living Magazine and luxury lifestyle and travel magazines. A leader in food and nutrition communications, Carolyn has received awards from the American Heart Association, American Society for Nutrition, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and National Restaurant Association.
