Lacey Gammon, MPH, RD, LD, is the Nutrition Coordinator at Lakeshore Foundation in Birmingham, Alabama working with the National Center on Health, Physical Activity and Disability (NCHPAD). She offers inclusive nutrition education and counseling, content development, recipe creation, and teaches adapted culinary skills and nutrition lessons to youth and adults with disabilities. She earned a bachelor’s in Food and Nutrition from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and a Master of Public Health from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where she also completed her dietetic internship. She has experience in maternal-child health, feeding difficulties in children with special health care needs, and nutrition for adults with neurodegenerative disorders.
