Becky Sulik RDN, CDCES, LD

Becky Sulik is currently the Director of Education at Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. As an RDN and CDCES, she works with pediatric patients and their families to help manage the challenges of type 1 diabetes. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists, and the American Diabetes Association. She has served as a CDR Commissioner and the Chair of the Certification Board for Diabetes Care & Education. Becky has over 26 years of experience working with clients of all ages and types of diabetes, but her practice focuses largely on children, teens, and young adults with type 1 diabetes. She is an expert in the use of diabetes technology, including hybrid closed-loop insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors. She has additional training in nutrition counseling related to eating disorders. In addition to patient care she assists with the clinic research trials focusing on new diabetes technology and insulins prior to FDA approval. She designed and implemented a model for using the shared medical appointment with children and teens who have type 1 diabetes.
