Licensed in the State of Illinois since 1999, Betsy began her career in pediatric nutrition at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center where she spent four years on staff and faculty before accepting a position at Children’s Memorial (now Lurie Children’s Hospital) in 2003. Betsy earned her certification as a board-certified specialist in pediatric nutrition before opening Feed to Succeed in 2008.
Feed to Succeed employs pediatric dietitians to provide outpatient MNT to infants and children in the Chicago area. Their team of passionate providers serves both medically complex and healthy patients to promote optimal growth and development through the early stages of life. Feed to Succeed is in-network with most major insurance providers, and credentialed to provide services through Illinois Early Intervention, which covers nutrition in Illinois under Medicaid Part C.
Betsy is a mother of two teens, an avid runner, a lover of dogs, her family and the outdoors. She continues to teach as Adjunct Faculty at Rush University in Chicago, as well as owns and runs Feed to Succeed, where she provides MNT to ~100 patients per month.
