Dr. SeAnne Waite, RDN, LD is an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri and is president of Nutrition and Wellness Associates, LLC. Her research emphasis includes the dietary habits of centenarian’s diabetes and the use of virtual technology and simulations in nutrition and dietetics education. SeAnne has published in various research journals and is the current co-author of Food and Culture. Her most recent research endeavor is to study the dietary habits of centenarians. Her leadership in dietetics has been recognized by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics with the Young Dietitian of the Year Award, the Outstanding Dietitian Award, and most recently the University of Idaho Community Outreach and Engagement award. She is a member of Gamma Sigma Delta Honor Society.
