Alizabeth is an expert in enteral feeding tubes with more than 14 years of experience. She won the team-based care award for
Spectrum Health and continues to work in a team-based gastroenterology practice. She runs an academic center feeding tube clinic,
training patients with newly placed feeding tubes and triaging complications associated with these tubes.
Alizabeth completed her dietetic internship at Yale University Medical Center and earned her MS in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hawaii in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Furthermore, she has a Master of Medical Science degree in PA Studies from Wake Forest School of Medicine and currently works at Loyola University Medical Center in Gastroenterology. She is passionate about supporting patients requiring nutrition support and team-based healthcare.
