Amber Hansen is a Regional Program Manager for the Healthy Food in Health Care program at Health Care Without Harm. In her current role, she partners with hospitals and community based organizations, as well as local farmers, food businesses and distributors to create sustainable pathways for more diverse and local producers to enter institutional markets. A registered dietitian with over a decade of experience working on food, climate, and health issues, she earned her master’s degree in Food Policy & Applied Nutrition from the Tufts Friedman School.
