Dr. Jennifer Tomesko is an Associate Professor and the Program Director for the Rutgers University School of Health Professions Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition for Aspiring Dietitians Program which is accredited under the Future Education Model Accreditation Standards for Graduate Degree Programs. She is a Registered Dietitian certified in nutrition support. She completed her Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition program from Rutgers University, School of Health Professions, her MS degree and dietetic internship at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and her BS degree from the University of Delaware. Dr. Tomesko’s research interests include nutrition-focused physical examination training, education methods using simulation, technology and flipped classrooms. She is also an ACEND Board Member as a Program Representative at Large, and a Program Reviewer.
