Amanda is an award-winning Dietitian with over 10 years of experience in foodservice and marketing. She is currently the Medical Marketing Brand Manager – Specialty for Reckitt/ Mead Johnson Nutrition, leading omnichannel HCP Marketing for Nutramigen and PurAmino hypoallergenic formulas. She lives in Indiana with her fiancé (Zach) and dogs (Pisce & Roux) where she enjoys cooking, camping, and Yelp-ing local favorites.
Amanda earned her BS from Michigan State and completed her internship at Concordia College (MN), before moving to Indiana. As Ball State Dining’s first-ever Dietitian she earned accolades for her team’s wellness initiatives and food allergen management programs. She became the Operations Manager & Marketing Coordinator for IPS Foodservice in 2016, overhauling menus and launching The Bus Stop Cafe, supper program, and Food Recovery program. While pursuing a MS in Communications at Purdue, Amanda accepted a position at Heartland FPG working with brands including Splenda, where she played an integral role in the innovation and launch of Splenda Diabetes Care Shakes. She joined Reckitt/ Mead Johnson Nutrition in 2020, supporting the Enfamil Family of Formulas, human milk fortifiers, and accessories on the Hospital Marketing Team before moving into her current role.
Amanda is an active member of The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and CDR, currently serving as Chair for the DBC DPG. She is a FAND (2019) and graduate of The Academy’s Leadership Institute (2022). Most recently, Amanda was nominated to serve on the External Advisory Board for Michigan State University’s Didactic Program in Dietetics.
