Jennifer Bridenbaugh MS, RDN, CNSC

Jennifer has been a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) and a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) for over 30 years. Her work as a nutrition support clinician started in the surgical/trauma ICU where she was responsible for the nutrition management if critical care patients and conducted research on enteral delivery methods. Jennifer’s leadership experience in nutrition support includes being the past president of the NJ Chapter of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) and past chair of the Nomination Committee for Dietitians in Nutrition Support (DNS). Currently, Jennifer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical and Preventive Nutrition Sciences at Rutgers, SHP in the Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition GP in Newark, NJ. In addition to teaching and mentoring students, Jennifer is involved in planning many inter-professional education efforts within Rutgers Biomedical Health Sciences. In 2022, Jennifer was the recipient of NDEP’s Outstanding Nutrition and Dietetics Educator Northeast Region.
