Rebecca Kelly, PhD, MAE, RDN, LD, FAND is an educator, administrator, leader, and consultant on building and sustaining healthy workforces in her role as CEO and Founder of Element Health, Inc. Rebecca has also served in numerous leadership roles, including the first‐ever Director of Health Promotion and Wellness and Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama and Wellness program manager for American Cast Iron Pipe Company’s nationally recognized wellness program. Rebecca is a graduate of Momentum. Alabama’s executive leadership program for women, as well as being recognized as one of 30 Women who Shape the State of Alabama and the inaugural recipient of the inaugural Heart of HERO Award. She completed her PhD in health promotion and education and MAE at the University of Alabama at Birmingham; her dietetic internship at Indiana University Medical Center, and an undergraduate degree in nutrition and food sciences from Auburn University, graduating with highest honors and receiving the President’s Award. Dr. Kelly served as Chair of the Council on Future Practice for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and currently serves as the Vice Chair for the Nutrition Services Payment Committee. She is also a member of The Health Project’s board of directors.
