Dr. Jackie Johnston is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, at Rutgers and a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist. She practices in a combined surgical/trauma/neurologic intensive care unit at St. Josephs University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey, where she also serves a the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director and Faculty for the Surgical Critical Care Fellowship. She graduated from the University of Connecticut, and went on to complete PGY-1 Residency and PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. Johnston is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist with interests in alcohol withdrawal, status epilepticus and pain management.
