Lee Crosby, RD, LD, is Chair of the Women’s Health Dietetic Practice Group. She is also the nutrition education program manager for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine and an outpatient clinical dietitian at the affiliated Barnard Medical Center. Ms. Crosby is passionate about women’s health and specializes in using plant-based nutrition to help patients prevent and manage chronic disease and ease womens health issues.
Ms. Crosby received her bachelors degree in biology from the University of Virginia, completed graduate courses in nutrition at the University of North Carolinas Gillings School of Public Health, and finished her nutrition coursework at the University of Maryland-College Park. She completed her dietetic internship with Virginia Tech in the Washington, DC, area.
