Dr. Jim Kim is Associate Professor of Surgery and Director of Kidney and Pancreas Transplantation in the Division of Hepatobiliary and Abdominal Transplant Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC). Additionally, he is an attending surgeon at Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA). His research interests have included allrecognition and mechanisms of rejection. His current clinical research interests are focused on the promotion of health outcomes in living donation and studying risk factors for graft loss in kidney and pancreas transplants.
