Kelly Kane, MS, RD, LDN, CNSC is the Director of Nutrition and Dietetic Internship Director at the Frances Stern Nutrition Center at Tufts Medical Center and Assistant Professor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. She has taught nutrition to undergraduate and graduate students as well as health professionals including dietetic interns, physician assistants, and medical and dental students. She is the co-author of the textbook, Advanced Medical Nutrition Therapy by Jones and Bartlett Learning and serves as Editor of the quarterly peer-reviewed journal, Topics in Clinical Nutrition. Kelly was recently awarded 2022 Outstanding Faculty member at Tufts Friedman School, 2022 Outstanding Dietitian of the Year by the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as Outstanding Dietetics Educator of the northeast region in 2020.
