Stacey Loftus, RD, LD
eCommerce Supervisor, Western Region
Stacey is a Registered Dietitian at Hy-Vee who received her Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from Iowa State University (ISU). She then went on to complete her dietetic internship through ISU at the Great River Medical Center in Burlington, Iowa. Stacey is certified in Adult Weight Management and is a trained health coach. She serves as chair of the Iowa Governors Council on the Board of Dietetics. Stacey is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Iowa Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; she serves as Chair for the Iowa State University External Advisory Committee. Stacey is a member of The Logan Kiwanis and Logan Booster Club. She also spends her time as a teacher and mentor at the Logan Catholic Church.
Stacey began her career with Hy-Vee, Inc. in Marshalltown, Iowa in October, 2007 as an in-store dietitian. In 2008, she also became the stores HealthMarket Manager. Stacey transferred to Council Bluffs, Iowa in 2009 to continue as an in-store dietitian with Hy-Vee. In March of 2012, Stacey was promoted to Health and Wellness Supervisor for Hy-Vees Western territory where she supervised over 90 Hy-Vee stores. In April 2017, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Dietetics. At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, Stacey accepted a new role as the eCommerce Supervisor, Western Region, where she oversees online shopping operations and continues to build upon integration of health and wellness into the Hy-Vee Aisles Online experience.
