Biographical Sketch
Elizabeth Bobo MS, RD, LDN, CNSC, FAND

Elizabeth obtained her Master of Science degree and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Florida in the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department. She is employed at Nemours Childrens Health in Jacksonville, Florida where she is the clinical dietitian lead. Her areas of focus are nutrition support, particularly in children with intestinal failure, and nutrition management of inflammatory bowel disease. She is a member of the Intestinal Rehabilitation team and IBD Improve Care Now team at her institution.

Elizabeth is involved in various professional organizations, such as the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (FAND) and the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN). She currently serves as president-elect of the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Prior to this position she served as FAND Chair of Delegates and Member at Large. She has served on various ASPEN committees, such as the Program Planning Committee and Parenteral Nutrition Safety Committee. Most recently she participated in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics ASPEN Standards of Practice/Standards of Professional Performance for RDNs in Nutrition Support Workgroup. She currently serves as chair-elect of the ASPEN Pediatric Intestinal Failure Section. Elizabeth is an associate editor and chapter author of the ASPEN Pediatric Core Curriculum. She has given numerous professional lectures pertaining to pediatric nutrition. Elizabeth is passionate about providing safe and patient centered nutrition support care.
