Caroline McKinney is the Nutrition Innovation Director for the Nutrition and Aging Resource Center. In this role, she manages the Innovations in Nutrition Programs and Services (INNU) Grantees for the Nutrition and Aging Resource Center and coordinates all aspects of the INNU Grantees for the Administration for Community Living (ACL).

Caroline has a bachelors degree in dietetics and a masters degree in Nutritional Science from Iowa State University. She completed her dietetic internship at the Mayo Clinic, is a registered (RDN) and licensed (LD) dietitian and holds her Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential.

Prior to her time at the Nutrition and Aging Resource Center, she was a Nutrition Specialist Dietitian in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.
