TouchPoint Support Services at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital
Anna Busenburg works as a clinical dietitian for TouchPoint Support Services in Indianapolis, IN at Peyton Manning Childrens Hospital in their Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). She has been a Registered Dietitian and worked in clinical/pediatric nutrition for 7 years. During her time in the NICU, she has been involved with initiating the ordering/usage of donor breast milk, launching a breast milk scanning system, assisting with management of the milk lab area and chairs her hospital Neonatal Nutrition Committee. She is a Certified Specialist in Pediatrics and has completed the Pediatric Weight Management course. She owns her own business, RD Anna, LLC and does outpatient pediatric nutrition therapy as well. She has had the opportunity to author a chapter of the book The Nutrition Communications Guide from AND published in 2019. She has written an article in the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group Newsletter on RDs Involvement in Infant Feeding Preparation Rooms published in 2019. She also served as a subject matter expert for the Certified Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care nutrition board exam. She currently serves on her local state AND board as the Strategic Partnership Coordinator and at the Social Media chair for her district AND board. She graduated from Purdue University with a dual Bachelors degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. Fitness & Health.
