Author of the first cookbook where school chefs and farmers joined together to show off the great food: The Swedish School Meals Safari. Regularly interviewed regarding the status and development of Swedish school food during the last 15 years. Jury member: Best School Restaurant in Sweden, an annual competition. Collaboration with Swedish farmers in 5 large projects to narrow the gap between farms and big kitchens. Awarded several times for her work in school food, example: The Great Food Prize from Sweden’s largest food magazine AlltomMat. Visited schools and enjoyed school food in US, UK, Denmark, Norway and Estonia. Former member of the Expert board to the Minister of Agriculture
