Ginger Hultin, MS, RDN, CSO
Ginger Hultin MS RDN CSO owns Seattle-based concierge nutrition practices, Champagne Nutrition and Seattle Cancer Nutritionist where she helps clients optimize their health with an integrative approach. She specializes in plant-based diets, integrative nutrition topics, oncology nutrition, dietary supplements, and nutrigenomics. Ginger currently serves as adjunct clinical faculty at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health clinic teaching masters level nutrition students. She is the director of communications for the Washington State Academy, nominating chair of the Greater Seattle Dietetic Associacion, past spokesperson for the Academy, immediate past chair of the Academy’s Member and Student Advisory Commitee, past president of the Greater Seattle Dietetic Association, past president for the Chicago Academy, and past chair of the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group. She received the Emerging Dietetic Leader Award in Washington State 2020, and has authored two books: Anti-inflammatory Diet Meal Prep and the How to Eat to Beat Disease Cookbook. She is also the author of the oncology chapter of the 15th edition Krasuse and Mahan’s Food & the Nutrition Care Process textbook.
