Meghan graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences. She completed her dietetic internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified Specialist in Obesity & Weight Management. She lives and works in Boston and is the Bariatric Program Manager at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. Prior to joining Brigham and Women’s Hospital, she worked for four years at the Weight and Wellness Center, at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Meghan has been involved in the Massachusetts Dietetic Association and the Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Meghan has spoken nationally several times at the Bariatric Summit, discussing a variety of topics related to nutrition care after weight loss surgery. She was awarded the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year for Massachusetts in 2016. Meghan is currently pursuing her MBA.
