Kathryn is a registered dietitian and currently works as a Senior Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Manager at Nestl USA, Inc. in Washington, D.C. In this role, she leads a team of professionals who translate science into consumer products, and she helps coordinate public policy and advocacy efforts on behalf of Nestl in the U.S. Kathryn has also worked in food service management, long term care, and oncology nutrition. Outside of work, Kathryn is heavily involved in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and currently serves on the Committee for Lifelong Learning. She has previously served on the boards of the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR), Cultures of Gender and Age (COGA) Member Interest Group, and ANDPAC. Kathryn completed her bachelors of science in dietetics with an emphasis in health promotion at Michigan State University and her combined Master of Science and dietetic internship from the University of Vermont.
