Marie Spiker, PhD, MSPH, RDN is an Assistant Professor in the Nutritional Sciences Program at the University of Washington School of Public Health. She conducts research and teaching at the intersection of food systems and nutrition. Prior to this, she was the Healthy and Sustainable Food Systems Fellow at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation. Marie did her PhD and MSPH in human nutrition and her graduate coordinated program in dietetics at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She also holds a BS in public health and a BA in medical anthropology from the University of Washington.
