Ronna Robins, Ph.D., RD, is an Associate Health Postdoctoral Fellow at the Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center and the Dole Center of Excellence for Caregiver Research at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System and Adjoint Faculty at UT Health San Antonio. She has almost two decades of experience in leadership, management, conflict resolution with culturally diverse populations, and clinical practice. In addition, Ronna has garnered over 15 years of experience providing nutrition care for older adults. She currently serves as the Director of Professional Development of the Healthy Aging dietetic practice group. Her research focuses on conducting novel nutrition and health-related behavioral interventions to advance clinical practice guidelines to improve cardiometabolic health outcomes in older adults.
