Dr. Mary Roseman has spent nearly 20 years as an RDN in mid to mid/upper-level management in the areas of food service in university feeding and human resources and marketing in the chain restaurant industry. Now as Professor at an R1 university, her graduate and undergraduate teaching, research, and consulting experience includes Food Systems Management, Product Development, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and Strategic Management. She is an experienced educator in online teaching, training, and webinars. Marys published research focuses on consumer and human behavior in such areas as 1) health issues related to diet and healthy eating behaviors, 2) employee and manager behavior in the workplace, and 3) food safety in the home. She has shared her leadership expertise through several webinars for a variety of dietetic and non-dietetic organizations. In addition, Mary has been involved at the national level in AND DPGs, FSMEC, and ICHRIE and with the Academy at the state and regional level. On a personal level, she and her husband enjoy time with their children and grandchildren, traveling, and home redesign projects.
