Jennifer Davis completed a BS in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University and a MS in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. She completed the Dietetic Internships at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. Jennifer has been a Registered Dietitian at the Cleveland VA Medical Center for 16 years and has practiced as a Board-Certified Oncology Dietitian there for the past 11 years. Jennifer was instrumental in authoring the VHA Directive 1171 Management of Patients with Swallowing (Oropharyngeal Dysphagia) and Feeding Disorders mandating high level care for dysphagic Veterans. Jennifer currently serves at the Dysphagia SME for VHA Nutrition and Foodservices and is leading Nutrition and Food Services nationally in efforts to implement IDDSI VA-wide by December 2019.
