Kelly Green Corkins received her undergraduate degree in Clinical Dietetics from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and completed a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Food Systems Management at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C. She currently works as a Pediatric Clinical Dietitian III in the Dialysis Unit at LeBonheur Childrens Hospital in Memphis, TN. Kelly has authored several reviews and book chapters and presented locally and nationally on various topics in pediatric nutrition including Pediatric Nutrition Assessment and Nutrition Focused Physical Examination. She is active in both the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, serving on and chairing national committees and is a trainer for NFPE with the Academy. In addition, Kelly is married to Mark Corkins, a pediatric gastroenterologist and nutrition support specialist. They enjoy presenting together, talking about nutrition topics, traveling and spending time with their 12 year old daughter and traveling to see their older 2 daughters in Orlando.
