Susie Parker-Simmons is a Sports Dietitian and Physiologist who has a history of work in both the United States of America and Australia. She is presently the High-Performance Director for the Winter Sportfolio for the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) and has also worked for 10 years at the USOPC as a senior Sport Dietitian. Since 2005 Susie has been the nutrition consultant for the Womens Tennis Association (WTA), where she works within the sport science and medicine department that supports the professional womens tennis tour. Susie has worked at seven Olympic Games, including both summer and winter Games, and one Paralympic Game. She has worked in the field of winter sports for 17 years, is a Level 3 Anthropometrist and is currently she is the Past President of the PINES Professionals in Nutrition for Exercise and Sport.
