Tube Tricks and Tips Workshop

Description:

This workshop is designed to help participants gain confidence through hands-on experience with enteral feeding tubes. Tubes can be intimidating, but it is essential to have a good understanding of how they work, as well as comfort in teaching and assisting patients who use them. This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to learn about different types of tubes (PEG, PEG-J, jejunostomy, NG, Dobhoff, etc.), common issues that patients face, as well as simple solutions to address them. Participants will also learn how to identify tube-related problems and when to refer patients to the medical team. By the end of this workshop, participants will have gained valuable practical experience and knowledge that they can apply in their practice. Register now- limited spots available!
